INSURANCE
Most insurance companies cover Massage and Acupuncture, depending on your benefit plan. If you're not sure what you're covered for, you'll need to contact your insurance company to obtain this information. I direct bill to many insurance companies but if for whatever reason I can't direct bill on your behalf, a receipt will be provided with all the necessary information required for you to be reimbursed for your treatment.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULE
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact Amanda at metanoiatherapeutics@gmail.com. There's a 24-hour cancellation policy, so appointments altered within 24 hours of the scheduled treatment time will result in a fee.
